I have a cake in mind, when should I start ordering?  

As soon as you know the date! Our standard reply would be minimum 3 days notice for Signature cakes and minimum 1 week notice for Bespoke cakes and other desserts. 

Our slots runs out quickly especially on weekends or around festive season. Technically, we have 4 Signature cake slots per day and only 2 Bespoke cake slots per week. Not to mention we do other desserts too. Due to our limited manpower, we do hope you can order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

For urgent order, please WhatsApp or call us directly to enquire. We will always try our best to help.  


How to place an order? 

- If you are not an existing member, kindly create an account by clicking " Create an account " at the top right-hand corner of the page. Please note that you are required to have an account with us for your easy reference. 

- Add our product into your shopping cart. You will then have the option to view cart or continue shopping. 

- Clicking “view cart” will bring you to your shopping cart. You may also do the same by clicking "Cart" at the top right-hand corner of the page. 

- If you choose to check out, fill in your details and follow the steps. If you opt for pick up, please choose pick up time between 11am - 7pm. 

- Choose your preferred mode of payment and pay. 

- Your order will only be confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. 


What are the payment method? 

We have online bank transfer, credit card payment, paypal and webcash via iPay88. 


Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, you can! We accept Visa and Mastercard via iPay88.


How do I collect my desserts?

You can either opt for pick up or delivery. Pick up will be at Lake Fields, Sg Besi. Please ensure that you are going to the celebration venue or somewhere with a fridge after pick up as our cakes need to be chilled at all times. Our cakes generally only can withstand maximum 30 minutes in air-conditioning environment. 

Delivery will subject to our availability and delivery fee varies according to location, from RM15 – RM80. Delivery fees will be generated automatically during check out based on your delivery address. Currently, we are still expanding our delivery area in Klang Valley, there might be some areas that are not in the system yet. If your delivery address is in Klang Valley but shown out of zone, please contact us directly, we might be able to deliver. 

You may also engage third party runner such as GoGet to collect your order on your behalf. You will get RM10 off your first job with GoGet by using our code – CINDEE2. Please select fragile when creating the job and let your gogetter know its a cake. Do let us know if you engaged third party runner so we can expect them.  

We deliver our cakes in purpose-built cold box to ensure our cakes are always chilled, even in transit. We will take extra care when delivery but we will not be responsible if any unexpected and unfortunate event happens during the transportation. We do not bear the risk for your order once it has left our premise and damage occurred thereafter will not be borne by us.


What is your collection or pick up time?

We are open 7 days a week, unless we announce a break time. Pick up time is from 11am - 7pm, everyday. Please let us know if you can't pick up within the time frame, we are flexible to accommodate. But please be kind and let us have our rest too :)


Do you deliver?

Yes, we do! We deliver our cakes in purpose-built cold box to ensure our cakes are always chilled, even in transit. Delivery will subject to our availability and delivery fee varies according to location, from RM15 – RM80. Delivery fees will be generated automatically during check out based on your delivery address. Currently, we are still expanding our delivery area in Klang Valley, there might be some areas that are not in the system yet. If your delivery address is shown out of zone, please contact us directly, we might be able to deliver. 

Please make sure that the receiver is expecting us during delivery date and time. We will not be able to wait more than 10 minutes at the receiver address. If re-delivery is needed, a re-delivery fees of minimum RM25 will be applied and is subject to the distance of the re-delivery. Re-delivery will subject to our availability and schedule. .   


What is your delivery time?

We have 2 time slots to choose from - 1030am-12pm and 2pm-4pm (Friday: 230pm-4pm). We only deliver during non-peak hours as it is no fun to stuck in traffic jam. If the time slot chosen is full, we will contact you earlier to arrange another delivery time. 

Please make sure that the receiver is expecting us during delivery date and time. We will not be able to wait more than 10 minutes at the receiver address. What's the best way to transport my cake once I pick them up?

Please put the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. Best of all, blow the air conditioning on the cake. The car floor is the flattest and most stable part of the car. Try to avoid putting it on the seat, as car seats are mostly slanted and it can cause the cake to be slanted during transportation. Do keep your cake refrigerated as soon as possible unless otherwise instructed. 


Do you have cakes today?

No, we don't. Sorry! All our cakes and desserts are made to order. We operate on pre-order basis. We do not have any cakes on hand without order. We need a minimum of 5 days notice if you are ordering online. If you need a cake urgently, you may contact us directly, provided if we are available and able to whip up something really quickly. So order as early as you can to avoid disappointment. 


I love your Kohakutou, do you post to other states?

Yes, we do! We will post them via courier services such as poslaju, GDex or etc. Postage will be based on courier company's rate and weight. Please contact us directly if you would like to courier. Currently, our website do no support selection of courier service. We hope we will able to upgrade it in the near future.
