Refund Policy and Delivery Terms
There is strictly no cash refund on products purchased. Please ensure all information is confirmed and correct before ordering. Refunds only to be made in credit.
If your would to make any changes to product / pick up or delivery details / design, please inform us (RinzBakes) 14 days (for bespoke order) or 5 days (for other products) before collection date. We will try our best to accommodate the changes but there will be no guarantee that changes will be attend to.
Please note that we only deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya (Klang Valley) and we send courier (limited to candy only) within Malaysia.
Our products typically need a minimum 5 days notice to order and will depend on our availability. For urgent orders with less than 5 days notice, please contact us directly at email@example.com or call us at +6012-9832912.
Options for delivery date and time will appeared in the last page of check out. Please ensure all the information is correct. If there are any changes to the delivery date, please inform us 3 days before the collection day. No changes to the delivery date are allowed within 3 days to the collection date. Changes of delivery date and time will depend on our availability.
Kindly check all details (delivery address, time & date) to ensure that someone will be home or able to receive the products. All products are perishable, hence, they need to be kept with loving care in a controlled temperature (i.e. fridge). In the event that the recipient is not at home or there is no one to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time, sender will be contacted for an alternative delivery date/time/address and there will be an additional re-delivery fee from RM 30. Re-delivery will depends on the availability of driver.
