Who knew rose tea, lychee and raspberry can be a perfect match. Rozu is floral, fragrant, sweet and tangy with a lot of different texture. Rozu was inspired by the famous Ispahan cake by Pierre Hermes, our version best suit our taste which is lighter and less sweet.

Rozu is best to be eaten fresh on pick up / delivery day. It can be kept in the chiller for maximum 3 days.
